FAQ

Is this a valid GST tax invoice?

It carries the fields rule 46 asks for once you fill them in. You are responsible for the GSTIN, HSN code, rate and place of supply. It cannot create the IRN and QR code that sellers above ₹5 crore need [1][7].

How does it choose CGST and SGST or IGST?

It compares your state with the place of supply [9]. Same state: CGST and SGST. Different state or an SEZ buyer: IGST [3]. Some union territories use UTGST instead of SGST [8].

Can it make a composition bill of supply?

Yes. Choose "Bill of supply: composition". It shows no tax and starts with "composition taxable person, not eligible to collect tax on supplies" [1][2].

Can it make an export invoice?

Not as a separate type. Exports need an endorsement (IGST paid, or bond or Letter of Undertaking), the country of destination and, above ₹5 crore, an IRN [1][7]. For an export proforma, use our proforma invoice generator.

Is my data saved or sent anywhere?

No. It runs in your browser and nothing you type is sent or stored. Analytics counts only visits and print clicks. Reloading clears the form, so save the PDF.
