Delete your Autobot account

Autobot is made by Convogenie. You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open Autobot and pull down from the top to open Settings.
2. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

The account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@getautobot.app from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your profile, chats, scheduled jobs, connected apps and their access, your assistant's computer and everything on it, push tokens and any replies you reported. A subscription paid on our website is cancelled.

What is kept

Payment records we must keep by law (invoices and tax records) are kept for as long as the law requires. A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is billed by Apple or Google: cancel it in your store's subscription settings so you are not charged again.
