Terms of service

Last updated 7 September 2026

These are the terms for using Autobot, an app made by Convogenie. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions go to hello@getautobot.app.

The service

Autobot lets you create bots that do jobs for you in the apps you connect. Each bot runs on a private cloud computer we provide, follows the job you gave it, and asks you before it sends, posts, deletes or pays anything.

Your account

You need to be 18 or over and using Autobot for a business or professional purpose. Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Subscription and payment

Your bots and your apps

Your data

Your bots, chats and connected-app data belong to you. We handle them as described in the privacy policy.

Availability

We aim to keep Autobot running around the clock, but it depends on cloud providers, AI model providers and the apps you connect, and any of these can have outages. We will tell you about planned maintenance where we can.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Liability

Autobot is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Convogenie is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
